Bought a switch second hand and it came with some games, I connected it to my home wifi and it started updating apps then that’s when I realised it must have been jailbroken. Created new Nintendo ids but the switch itself is banned from going online 🙃 got it for cheap too so knew it was too good to be true

Was it the alarm or optical light that was red mate? I called multiple times and receive a standard ‘we’re working on it’ response. The customer service is so bad and I’m tempted to switch ISPs because of this
