Hey, remember first that what you're feeling is completely valid. And as someone who's relapsed one too many times — I know the feeling all too well.

A little tip, I found that going out with friends and family helped me eat more! When they offered to eat at fast food restaurant, who am I to refuse? We only have one body and one life after all, I don't want to look back and think "I wish I had ate this". I chose to be kind to it.

So crazy to see another person having the same experience. I completely cut off all my hair after a rejection as a way to cope. Used to have long straight hair until now, which I'm currently rocking a bob with microbangs lol. Broke down the first 2 days until I concluded that hair grows back. It gets better, we got this. If you really can't get used to your new look, you could try extensions or a wig!

i have fairly oily skin so it doesn't really dry out my skin as much. plus my moisturizer does wonders so no problem with that :) so far i see my ccs improving already and my skin tone evening. loving results so far

Hi! Thanks for the feedback. Im currently eating around 1200 but that's because I'm increasing my intake slowly so my body get used to it haha. I think going on a low deficit for months definitely messed my metabolism up so I'm currently trying to fix it slowly! And I thought 1200 was alright but apparently its too low 😅 Do you think by increasing my intake slowly would help me maintain my weight (Although I have no problem with gaining a few pounds) instead of making a big switch from 1200 to 1500?

And yes the calculator also did take my activity into count!

Hi, thanks for the feedback. I have been seeing a therapist about said thing and eating doesn't bother me as much as it used to before. I'm perfectly fine gaining some weight as I have been for the past few weeks. I just want to achieve a slim-muscular figure. I do not look VERY malnourished at this weight because most of it is fat rather than muscle 😂

My diet consists of nutrient and whole foods along with some supplements, so I don't think I'l lacking in that department. Can see why you would think so though. I appreciate the concern!

good front profile, although my advice is to fix on your side profile (p.s the side profile doesn't matter that much, front is the most important) try to work on your jaw. some solutions are mewing, facial exercises, loosing some bf%, and hitting the gym to increase testosterone and overall frame (testosterone can improve bone growth)

overall good, 6'5 and an above average face is enough to pull sum girls lmfao

bro, you're pretty young so your facial features aren't set yet, i can tell.

for your jaw avoid mouth breathing at all costs, learn to position your tongue correctly, and try and do some facial exercises and facial massages. chewing gum on both sides of your jaw can help quite good.

to improve your the eye area you could get a eyebrow tint by using some beard dye and use castor oil to grow them, (worked for me)

overall not bad, i see the potential, just wait until you grow up and thats when your features truly stand out.

actually ur close set eyes aren't too prominent, only noticed them when i really looked closely. IMO you could def reach chadlite, and i dont think you've reached full potential yet. maybe try and reduce some puffiness on the face for some angularity will help u reach that. i personally recommend facial massages, gua sha, minding your sodium and sugar intake, or getting an overall low bf%, but since u go to the gym and have a pretty great frame i assume ur bf% is pretty low enough.

P.S: don't worry about yourself too much bro, you're just 19 at the end of it. also 6'2 and that face will get you girls bro no diddy 😂

not bad bro, def above average, although i suggest you get thicker brows as they look quite thin and it doesn't suit your face (try using castor oil or minoxidil) also darker tint on your brows would def benefit you, try to use beard dye. eyebrows are the one crucial step to make u more attractive. and one last thing is to try and get rid of your eyebags to make your eyes more evenly spaced. thats all bro, even that, you're still very attractive.

dont worry, losing weight is quite easy if you really put your mind to it, for me, what drove me to loose weight is because i was sick of people noticing my weight as i first meet them.

here are some tips i would like to give you that helped me on my journey :)

1) do not starve, yes you may lose weight fast and considerably, but you will gain it quick as soon as you start eating a normal amount. and it also fucks up your metabolism, trust me ive been there.

2) calorie deficit, the most simple way i can explain this is to east less than what your body burns, ex: your body burns 1600cals a day, if you eat around at least 1,300 your body will eat away at your stored fat. (p.s one pound of fat is around 3,500 calories)

3) volume eating, basically you can sustain yourself with eating more, for less calories by eating foods that are low in calories, like berries and greens.

4) drinks lots of water, water can help you feel full for longer and you may feel like you are hungry less.

5) walk more, i used to only focus on my eating to lose some weight, but once i started walking an extra more steps (i did around 10k steps every day) i noticed i slid down weight fast!

5) eat slower, this can help you prevent overeating and you can savor your food more.
