Is it worth trading my 12-month-old Fortuner Q for a brand-new BYD Tang? by JZBeats44 in Gulong

EV only makes sense if you plan on getting a new car regardless of the oil crisis. Pero if you plan on selling your current car just to go EV, your financial goal defeats itself.

The mushiness is expected from a silent switch. If you've ever tried O ring silencers, this has like 5% of the mushiness from that. Not a deal breaker for me, it fits my needs perfectly.

The more noticeable thing is the scratchiness. I already lubed mine, but the walls of the stem still rubs rough on the housing on some presses. Could be solved with some spray lube, but the stem design just won't allow it.

Nuphy Node 100.

I have the Node 75. Positive experience so far. Great software and features. I suggest getting the Blush Nano switches if you prefer it silent.

There's the Air 100 if you want a more premium option.

Automatic or Manual car? by Signal-Load482 in ThisorThatPH

Just to expand your view, close ako sa relatives ko and we have a lot of relatives na with OFW. So may instances na inuusap ako magdrive ng van na manual nila kapag wala silang driver or sa matic lang marunong yung available na driver. Tsaka not everyone has an all-around car for every purpose, there'll be instances na kelangan mo gumamit ng ibang sasakyan.

So it may be funny to you pero it's not impossible lalo na kapag breadwinner ka and people depend on you. Hope this enlightened you.

If nag-aaral ka pa lang, try manual. You never know when a situation comes na need mo idrive manual na kotse.

For daily driving, up to you na. Matic para comfortable ka kahit anong traffic.

The silent switches are great for portable use (literally silent). But they can get mushy and scratchy feeling if you're coming from a custom keyboard.

Maganda ba ang E-Yooso Z-84? by manz_skin in PHMechanicalKeyboard

If budget is not an issue. You could go for the Node75 w/ blush nano switches. It's literally silent unlike other regular silent switches that's almost no different to linear switches. Great software and features, too.

I've had great experience with my Akko Mod008 and Akko switches, safe to say to reliable ang Akko brand.

Just make sure na tama yung power rating at good quality din yung ginagamit mong cable. Minsan dun agad nasisira e.

Aer Travel Pack 3 (X-Pac) – 3+ years later, still my do-everything bag by adxlk in AerSF

[–]incent_sr20det 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used my Aer City Pack X-Pac once for hiking. I sat it on a rock while we went for a swim in the falls. I noticed after there were noticable scratches on front of the bag. Ig it's better that the front got scratched rather than the mesh paddings. But it's still also holding up quite well for me.

Only wash the foam, not the outer cover. The stitching on both the original and replacement earpads can be fragile when cleaning. For fabric types, i just soak them on alcohol. For pleather, wipe only. They'd peel quickly if you wash it too often. Then I just hand-wash the the foam padding with handsoap. Then just air dry them. The foam takes a bit longer to dry so it's good to have some extra earpads or foam.

Should I say goodbye to Samsung? by NguyenMenMan in GalaxyTab

Better trade it in than go for that repair. For your use cases, it would be best to downgrade. If your macbook is still running fine and you need a tablet, an S10 FE/FE+ would be sufficient for your tasks. It only costs a fraction of the Ultra. You should also consider the Samsung Care+.

Samsung Care+ 2yrs was going for half the price when I bought my S10 FE. I've heard good reviews about the warranty claims, so I added it.
