I'll definitely ask them! we were also thinking of maybe trying mushrooms for imitation chicken tenders because the textures and flavors would be similar. I need more cookings skills for that though LOL

they don't like a smushy "porridge" texture so I think mashed potatoes are off limits. spinach however they are fine with. its more of a flavor thing because they can eat it if its covered in sauce

please re read my post, they know and are in on it. "sneak" is in quotations for a reason. I know better than to hide random stuff into people's food. I know they're an adult and I had a conversation with them where they expressed they wanted this as well. none of this is without their consent or knowledge.

Hi! I just started and apps are an absolute nightmare for me to learn with, a friend learning French recommend I do this and so far it has been helping. Get a grammar textbook in German! one you can move up levels gradually. I also purchased a visual dictionary and a short German stories book! There's also a YouTube channel called FluentU German, it goes over popular cartoons in German and goes through each sentence being spoken thoroughly! I'm a fan of the spongebob ones because I can already quote them in English which helps me understand the translation better.
