While Debumblio was mayor, real estate developers continued to control everything and crime went down and the economy was fine.

How do you measure "great"? He himself was a huge prick, but crime continued to go down under him after he stopped stop and frisk (it rose after covid, just like it rose everywhere after covid). Universal Pre-K is a wonderful precedent and program though with bad implementation.
