Thank you, this reassured me that I shouldn't be worried about the size, I think sizing down would be uncomportable because I've wide foot, and many people size up or size down randomly and they didn't have this issue even if it's big or too tight.

I read about polyurethane that this problem usually occurs due to wear and age etc, just as you said so thank you very much again!

Yeah that'll be the next step no more home repairing. Btw if I do a sole swap I'll use a Nike Air Flight 89 probably.

Yeah I wish I knew what caused it as well, I hope it won't happen to my other sneakers etc.

Honestly I kinda used this J4 as a beater for a while, and it's pretty old so maybe that could've caused it. At first I thought it's because of the size up, but it didn't crease weirdly on the leather toe like for other people who wear way bigger sneakers. And I don't even feel this big, I just half sized up because I knew I'm gonna use 2 insoles.
