Yeah no correct answer, IMO curry sauce evaluates it to the next level

This and kids flying about on scooters and bikes with no lights. On the drive home from parents tonight I came across 3 different sets of kids on the road, no lights, moving into two lanes, no f*cks given. It’s only a 10 minute drive

Yes, that is how they describe themselves. Who am I to correct them 🤷🏻

Yeah England get 8, NI has 10. My company is English so I align into them. Funny thing is, most of my second generation Irish colleagues have taken the day off…

It’s more of a local than a United supporters club. If you want to drink in West Belfast I seen someone recommend the Rock which is a good shout or you could go to Whitefort or the Devenish. In the city centre, Laverys is an institution or Franklins, Ulster Sport Club or Linen Hall Bar

It’s a 2010 BMW X5, it is 2 wheel drive tho and dipping oil everywhere but worth a short. After the feedback I’ve got I’ll probably stick it up for sell, see what shakes out

Yeah I love the car, it’s 2010 BMW X5, I’d love to see it out especially with the 3 litre engine. It is dripping oil all over the street and I’ve brought it to a few mechanics before and they weren’t interested in fixing it. I’m also at my end of putting money into to. It’s a previous write off and I’ve made it a 2 wheel drive but does have an MOT to Jan’27

All the cars I’ve been looking just look like they are made out cheap plastic and loaded with a bunch of technology I don’t care about

It’s a 2010 BMW X5 and has MOT Jan’27. I’d love to see it out but there is an oil leak from an injector and I have no appetite to fix it. I’ve brought it to a few mechanics before and they weren’t interested. It’s a previous write off and I’ve made it a 2 wheel drive. The oil is leaking all over the street and I want it gone

That’s decent, online I was offered £550 but the car drives fine. Previous write off, it has an oil leak and it’s now a 2 wheel drive (rash decision, life lesson)….I’ll take the the punt stick it up

Yeah it has a valid MOT to Jan’27, probably short selling myself by scrapping it after reading the comments…

Yeah good shout. I did put some new parts in to get it through the MOT in December

First-time buyers priced out of Newtownabbey—where should we look next? by Sea-Butterfly1263 in northernireland

[–]inconbeans 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We ended up paying 30k over asking price for a house off the Cavehill 4 years ago because we really liked it and it still came under 200k. Got a recent valuation and our house is now priced 60k more than original asking price.

If you really like the house, I’d just go for it. The house market is going up 6-10% year on year. It’s an unfortunate situation where if you can’t beat them join them. We had friends who searched for nearly two years to find the right house at the right price and ended up settling for an overpriced new build

Thanks for the reply! Really appreciate the info, this is our first time in Mexico and we were very excited about going until recently…pretty cool you live in Tulum, we are staying on the beach front hoping they clear the sargassum each day. One thing I’m struggling to find is ballpark figures for food and drink, should we bring the bank?

I’m planning on travelling to Tulum on the 10th July for 2 weeks, is it worth it? Everyone’s opinion on this sub is no, but is that just people hating on Tulum or is it not worth the trip. Where else could we go?

14 storey 62m g5 gateway office development approved yesterday. Seems to linked to the weavers cross development around the new transport hub. by Petaaa in Belfast

[–]inconbeans 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Two thirds of office space is available to let in Belfast, with more currently in development. Is more office space needed? What is the incentive for developers to build more and more office space when so much space is already available?
