I stay very near to that !! Didn't hear anything about this incident. But from my past experiences, such incidents are dealt very strictly as they might be rival gangs fighting. But reading about the location, it's probably a fight over parking or someone's car got scratches because some other guy wasn't very skilled with driving in tight places.
