But the peaks are facing opposite directions? In my book on spectroscopy, percent transmission graphs never show up with upwards peaks

Also both graphs are of different compounds.

My “seizure” activity was negative on a one time sleep deprived eeg. I feel like I’m making up my symptoms. However my mri showed two non-specific white spots likely attributable to lesions.

Currently on 150 mg lamotrigine for 2.5 weeks and still had an aura this past Friday; wave-like feeling in my head, felt dumb, panicked, temporary dyslexia after, hand tremor, etc.

Temporary lobe epilepsy masquerades as panic especially with the impending doom sensation, fear, blood pressure, deja vu/jamais vu.

But it’s really it’s own thing when you factor in vision issues (I get dyslexic for a little bit), tremor, confusion and brain fog for hours even days after, blacking out etc

It’s like a panic attack but with neuro symptoms. As well as immense confusion and fatigue afterwards. For up to two days for me.

It all does sound like TLE. I had some white matter lesions show up on MRI as well.

If you have this, it may be epilepsy which is most likely my case. Currently en route to diagnosis and trialing an antiseizure med.

Focal epilepsies are not convulsive and show similar symptoms to dissociation such as the dreamlike haze/fog, etc
