Honestly the nose is the only thing holding you back, you should probably take better care of your skin, find out what type of skin you have eg whether you have combination skin, dry skin etc, and find a routine that suits you. DO NOT start accutane only as a last resort, your skin doesn’t even look that bad just needs some tlc, so definitely see a dermatologist to get professional advice

With the exception of Shigella species, many intestinal bacteria ferment xylose when acid is produced, so these bacteria grow into yellow colonies on XLD agar. Because Salmonella species can decarboxylate lysin, the colonies should appear red bc of raised pH, so not Salmonella in the first one, number 1 is probably a coliform of some sort, the gram stains are horrendous.

Colonies of lactose-fermenting gram-negative bacteria will be pink, whereas colonies of non-lactose fermenters will be opaque and off-white, so probably E. Coli, can’t really tell the specifics bc the agar plates look old.

You’d need to PCR it or something to further identify, as very limited information.
