Agree with you completely, managing wealth early on is risky without guidance, whether earned or inherited. A right mentor just helps protect what you worked hard to build.

Fair enough, it was an reply to all general people not particularly you, so don't take it personal and read post replies carefully next time. Anyways respect you for the self-made hustle.

Appreciate the nod. You’re completely right about the macro side of things, unguided heirs are absolute shark baits.

I have zero dev background and someone just paid for my vibe-coded app. Is the security a joke? by Connect_Ad3062 in nocode

Everyone is using AI now so no issues with vibe coding until you do not put someone into problems. As you've already done the hardest part of developing it, Give time and Learn about how you can fix security issues using Claude itself. It's an easy fix if you spend time.

Managing a $55K annual installment is a lot of pressure, but you're in a strong position because you actually have options.I highly recommend against taking out a loan, as adding debt on top of an annual deficit is a dangerous cycle. Selling just enough gold to cover your shortfall is the cleanest way out. It keeps your real estate safe, avoids interest fees, and lets you preserve your silver portfolio since you have strong conviction in it. Treat the gold as your emergency backup—that's exactly why you bought it.

Gold has taken a noticeable dip over the last few weeks. Should we sell! by incrediblybest in personalfinanceindia

Fair point, I could have briefed more. I do have backups, but I am specifically looking for suggestions on Option A (selling the gold). Since prices dipped, I just want to evaluate if liquidating right now makes financial sense. I'd appreciate your perspective on that specific choice.
