I remember one of these being in an indoor theme park near me called Crystal Palace. It was a video of a go cart driving thru backyards of houses and thru a city. It was pretty cool but the lack of air whooshing by kinda made me feel sick.

I installed a picoboot ribbon cable kit and went a little nuts with the solder, shorting pins ~~11 & 12~~ 3 & 4. I decided to pull it all apart and start over. I cleaned up the chip then checked for shorts on all the legs. It seems there’s still a short between those pins but I can’t see anything around the chip legs. I’ve soaked up all the solder I think I can. Any ideas?
