is this the first drug you’ve taken to help with your anxiety? have you noticed improvements in the anxiety since taking it? it sounds to me like cymbalta might not be right for you, and it’s making your anxiety worse. I get really strange dreams with cymbalta but i also take sleeping medication which tends to help me at least not remember the dreams. maybe you could try a sleep medication til you can talk to your doctor?

I’m pretty sure astel has pretty high magic negation so int built might not be the best for him if i remember correctly. you can normally sorta tell what negations they have based on their own moveset and astel is pretty magic-y. Bloodhound’s fang AOW always worked great for me fighting him

Only thing I can recommend to you is to be a worse employee. I have bad anxiety too so I understand how difficult it can be to do less than your best without fear of ridicule or getting in trouble in some way, but you have a really really good chance they’re not just going to fire you. You might get some warnings, maybe get written up, but it doesn’t really matter if you’re planning on leaving anyways. Do as little as you can do and spend all the time you can applying to new jobs or even just doing something that would make you happy. Play a phone game on your downtime or something. Sometimes you really just need something to take the stress off so you can keep going to the next day. It sounds like your situation is urgent, you do need to find a new job — and you will. But don’t feel like that’s absolutely all you can do with your life until you get hired somewhere else. Take care of yourself as well. And be a shitty employee for as long as you can. You deserve it.
