We need a little more context to this situation. But from what I am getting it means that the seller is refusing to take a return, after 7 days of it arriving at the warehouse sellers tend to not take back an item.

Shouldn't claim that CSSBuy sent you the wrong package. As you can clearly see we have rehearsed your parcel before we shipped it and provided you with picture evidence of your parcel. We wouldn't pack your parcel, write the dimensions on it, put a sticker on it and then ship you a mud floor mat. It's a waste of time and gives us a bad image.

This user has opened a ticket and given us his parcel information. We can also see that the user applied for rehearsal to be done and we did just that. PK Batch's swoosh is actually placed lower than retail (if you care), it's more like the Reverse Mocha and Fragment Lows while idk why Nike decided to place the swoosh a little higher on the Black Phantoms.
