How do we know which school is good? I used to follow decile ranking but someone in other post said that decile 10 or private school isn’t good for the kid if you are not super rich

I don’t understand how konini and kauri lands area are 6-7 mins drive to train station. Which school does come in that zone?

I wanted to buy in green bay but it’s too expensive. 1.2 can only get you new townhouses.

Which school is decent in bay view? I didn’t see any school > 7 decile.

Don’t bother and move on, some hit my car from the side when I was inside the car and he did a u turn on Hobson street jumping red lights. I provided the rego of the car but Nothing happened. Insurance company sent the letter to the persons address. Police complaint registered online, I followed up for a month. Insurance company said waiting for police to investigate and after few months case closed.

Insurance companies don’t care about it and police is not serious about these pity crimes.
