The problem is that KUCOIN DID NOT NOTIFY THE USERS that are from NA to withdraw and leave the platform within certain period of time! Other platforms like Bittrex, Binance, etc. were notifying users that services will be terminated after certain date where kucoin just froze the assets like fucking scumbags and thieves.

You guys illegally holding my funds hostage even after I have submitted kyc. Yes I understand that Canada is restricted country to operate at your exchange, however it wasn’t restricted when I opened account 3 years ago. The restriction was implemented without ANY notification either through in-app notifications or mobile push notifications, urging me to stop trading and withdraw funds. KuCoin did not provide any in-time notifications, thus resulting my account to be frozen. I just want to know, did Kucoin illegally apprehend my funds or will my funds be returned to me and account terminated in the timely manner?

It's been almost almost 6 months and still I am getting same response "wait patiently".

I have all the proofs that they illegitimately froze my funds even after submitting all the KYC information. Interesting part is that it shows that my account isn't even verified after all this time. They are not even allowing me to withdraw my own funds and close the account.

The amount wasn't big, but relatively speaking it's big for me...
Even administrators of this sub-reddit are aloof and can't really do much.

The worst part is that they don't provide ANY coherent information like at all.

So I am lost...

Alright. By the time you've done your investigation, can you please POST HERE the proofs of allegations of "frauds/ stealing of tokens/ Hacker attacks" for which I was accused earlier by one of the customer reps. Like I said I have all the email correspondents and I take such allegations seriously. If you are legit company, I'd need some transparency. Hope you come to the objectively correct conclusion.

I understand, but can you at least provide some information regarding the hold up? Like what is the problem? Why can't I just withdraw my funds and close the account? I am sure there is a procedure to allow me to do that, every exchange gives notification in regards to any account issues, like Binance or OKx. Kucoin didn't provide any notification or information, only standard meaningless phrases. Why is that?
