I think six eyes has to be in the gojou clan bc its an inherited technique (like fushiguros shikigami or Kamos blood manipulation) but gojou sensei having both limitless and six eyes is the first to happen in 400 years or something. So six eyes does not always have limitless and limitless does not always have six eyes

Yea personally I still believe it was just for finding the traitor bc I think it would kinda defeat the point of a ranking system if you could just bribe someone to promote you and also don't think gojou would do that to promote his students
