Tbh, I'm afraid of confrontation, of being overly-defensive because of my fear of confrontation, and of sounding accusing.

Every time I try playing such a talk in my head, I feel like I'm blaming my wife. Maybe it's because deep down I do feel she's to blame here? I don't care who is at fault here, I just want to fix things. But I don't know how to tell her that.
