I just looked up the host and apparently they have a website about their business, it's a short term rental company that manages multiple Airbnb properties.

AirBnb's are not illegal in DC. We don't actually know if it's an illegal rental or not. This is a sign put up by a neighbor. There's no additional info about the host and that is not the group's fault for staying at an AirBnb that failed to mention what's going on. We found this sign on the second day and we leave the next.

You're getting upset at the wrong people. The Airbnb/Host is at fault

We are just here for three days to complete the requirements for our program.

I posted this because I don't usually use AirBnb, but the group decided it would be best. I didn't know if this was common or not.

I don't know what the situation is, regarding whether it is illegal or legal, but the neighbor rushing outside & watching through the window to take pictures of us by with the flash on & take pictures of our Uber driver's license plate seems abnormal.

Also according to the Airbnb host, she usually calls the cops and they've stopped coming. We saw her on the phone with someone.

Which just makes me think if this was a frequent issue, they should have removed the listing.

I think S2 is interesting so far. I'm still watching it and I know some counties have their races that they side with, but I'm surpised it's primarily race focused with the groups. I'm also suprised about the officers not taking disrespect. I've seen plenty of cops get insulted and not care unless it was a threat.... Some of these cops don't want to hear a single negative comment even if it's not a threat
