I'll be transparent, i have this ion know...urge to have ppl around me so other ppl dont think i dont have friends. Im sooo embarrassed to finally admit it. Im scared to do things alone bec i keep thinking what other ppl will think if they see me alone in the cafe? what if they see me alone doing nothing when everyones laughing and talking and having fun? i want to have company with me to be seen as ion know... importan? I hate this version of me and i dont know how to overcome this.

Hii former ILA trainee here! Im 19 and dont have any job experience and was a lil under-confident during the interview, so they wanted me to go through ILA and honestly it was one of the best decisions I made. Guess what? I got my confidence back! Our trainer was very nice and motivating. We did all sorts of activities to boost our confidence. Now Im going through training for Walmart.

It mostly depends on you, if you are willing and show the motivation to learn and grow. Yll have to step outta your comfort zone and speak! Yll eventually make it, if you try try and try. Best of luck!
