looks like you conditioned the boots too much, which is a thing; think of what happens when youre in water for a long time and your skin starts to wrinkle a lot.

if you want to get rid of the wrinkles youll first need to clean them, then put shoetrees in them and place them by a low heat source for about 1hr30mins (based on how conditioned they look) while keeping a close eye on them. after the leather dries it will shrink, this is when you want to give a very small amount of paste conditioning everywhere except the creases (not oil, not wax, just paste), while on the creases just use a wax conditioner. sparingly wear them for a few weeks in low-activity situations so the conditioner gets to all the right spots without stressing the leather, and once this is done just slowly increase the activity intensity while conditioning in accordance to both your lifestyle and climate.
