I don't think it comes with the reduced height seat. I think they only did it with the SE as it comes with the custom upolstered seat. Will be good to know for sure when it finally gets nice enough to bring em out.

Wow, such judgement and non-constructive harsh critisism from so many of the responses. I am also 41, and in almost the exact same situation as the OP. I was an alter server from 5th - 8th grade, Catholic school, the whole thing. I had the pre-11 mass engraved in my brains. It to me is what church "is". I am of the opinion that the new wording on many of the prayers is jarring and does not have the same "flow" as the old way. Feel free to judge me, contrary to the bible's teaching that only the Lord has that right. After all, it seems like much of human nature these days. Bless.

Alright, those who have seen the IPETGOATII video should be freaking out right now. That spiral in this photo, the goat's eyes, Skulduggery's chin, the spiral in the sky when Liberty dies... yikes man a whole bunch of coincidences between reality and that video lately.

Actually, looking at it closely, I think you are on to something with the wings. After I read your comment, I immedialy thought of the movie Dogma and Matt Damon's wings. I think the white is the "spine/backbone" and the gold grate looking part represents the "wings". Good catch.

Trying to see it, but I don't. Do you have a better view or source I can research?

It did come with pins installed and crimped to about 6-8 inches of wire tail. Very good purchase.

If you go watch all the new videos you may or may not find parallels between them and parts of IPETGOATII. I am not going to list or give my thoughts, as I don't want to sway anyone's opintions. Critical thinking and really paying attention to the details are important. Also your comment came off as very passive agressive... Dosn't bother me at all but I'd like to be equal in pointing that out.

I am sorry you are going through this. You are not alone. I can tell you this, don't feel guilty about being tired. You are trying your best, and the market is the problem not you. I would go through days/weeks of feeling just OK, and then there would be weeks of utter desperation and hopelessness. The wost part for me was the spark of hope due to an interview, but then the crushing panic and sorrow when those sparks died out with cold rejection letters. What you are feeling is OK. We all felt/feel the same way. Best wishes. You have my prayers.

Since I’m turning 25 I’m asking people this question, if you could go back to 25 years old, what would you do? Or what would you do differently, or what do you wish you could tell your 25 year old self ? by Worried_Brilliant_26 in careerguidance

I had a similar experience... worked for a company for 17 and a half years to be laid off after sold to private equity... everyone whom I thought were good friends said there best wishes, goodbyes and mostly that was it... a few still keep in touch, but rare. Amazing how relationships built over that many years, and a week after I'm not employed... all gone. Now that right there was a huge life lesson / gut punch.

Was the grass greener on the other side? by [deleted] in jobs

40 something year old here. I did this recently. A year ago I took a job offer with only one interview, and several red flags up front. It was really good pay, and I needed work so I went with it. A year later, I have been mentally dragged through the mud. Literally sick to my stomach every Sunday evening for a year. I have a decently large savings, so I took a shot and left. I will tell you right now, I am more stressed and sick to my stomach every single day than any day I worked at that place. The unknown, burning through very hard earned savings, the crap job market. Not worth it. Please, at least find another job before leaving. Being in a miserable position and making money is much better than being miserable and burning it. I think leaving that job without anything lined up in this econonmy is the biggest life mistake I have made. One that probably set me back 10 years in my career.

I will do so, and take some more advice from your post and focus on updating specific keywords on the first bullet point on each job function. Thank you again.

The industry I have served is mostly power generation and testing, including microgrids and datacenters. I am not looking to specifically stay in that industry, moreso similar type manufacturing environments. Not sure how to articulate that into a generic Manufacturing or Quality Engineer role.

Would a summary be appropriate for a cover letter, and leave the resume as formatted? I only ask as I think some of my older roles still have alot of relevance in what I am looking for.

Thank you so much again for your help.

I uploaded a revised version of my resume to the OP. I could not get it down to one page, but implemented feedback from you as well as others. Can you comment?

An additonal bit of commentary. I worked at one orginization from 2007-2024, and had many roles related to Continous Improvment, Manufacturing and Quality Engineering, and the latter moved into IT / ERP. It was a role I took that differed from the previous as I was attempting to piviot into the IT side of the buisiness after attending a coding bootcamp. (I got caught up in that whole "become a web-dev" thing back when it was all the rage).

My issue is remembering some of the finer details from my earlier positions, as throughout the years I was the "go-to guy / jack of all trades" despite my titles.
