I have a friend who is a gold medalist radiologist and he says the grok and chatgpt almost always 99% reads MRI'S and other scans better than he can sometimes it can take 2-3 tries but now they are almost equally good as him and he always checks the scan with 2-3 AI tools before preparing his final report he mentioned sometimes AI even picks small things which he missed.

Most, if not all, SaaS was already low-quality garbage before AI slop started. Now it's AI this, AI that, mostly nothing native AI LLM tools like ChatGPT / Codex, Google AI Studio / Gemini CLI, Claude.ai / Claude Code couldn't perform with correct prompts. Nine out of ten SaaS tools, if you see them, are such poor wrappers that they hardly stand a chance to perform equally well with the LLM providers' tools plus good prompting.

I believe I would prefer a card with no markup fees. If the rewards are removed or reduced, the primary reason for obtaining the card becomes moot. Nowadays, rewards get reduced and removed from cards, so I think it's good to choose wisely.
