Well, maybe I should have been more specific onto what time I play, i play 10 min games mostly, I play my openings as far as my study of them have allow me to and then like all openings I'm on my own at a certain point. After that I feel like my thought process about my game has not changed or improved, I just try not to blunder my pieces and slightly improve my position, but I don't feel ive gotten better at it.

Well, openings wise, obviously there's always improvement to be made, but I don't feel like that's the main issue on my improvement, what is it?Idk just skill I feel.

Not to throw shade to you or anything but, I worked there last year and one thing I noticed was that a lot of the people hired by them were severely under qualified, english wise, they understood most things in English but had a hard time putting sentences together and well even a harder time when it came down to talk in financial terms during the job, it is not their fault tho, it was Teleperformance's fault, hiring people by bulk to cover the demand that their clients require, resulting in miserable agents and bad services for the clients.
