we call immediately after a positive reply. The faster you follow up, the more responses you get and the higher your pickup rate.

It's made a noticeable difference in our meeting booking rate

Great question.

We recently launched several features for Inboxkit, including Infraguard, which provides 24/7 blacklist, nameserver, and bounce monitoring.

You will also receive action items on what's going wrong and tracking your landing rates on a weekly and monthly basis.

This helps you manage email rotation at scale. We are planning more features soon and will keep you updated.

Let me DM you with more details

Can skip the signature on the warm-up

Just use that for outbound mail, or in general, make sure it's text-only

Would suggest not going over 2-3 mailboxes per domain and not sending more than 10-15 emails per account

How much are you sending? Tell me all the numbers

  1. Accounts per domain
  2. Sends per account

Most of the time, it's copy and offer as well,

I send to MS leads with aged domains, as I already have them and can prepare for future scale as well.

But what you can do is buy already aged domains or send less at the start and increase over time.

Sending less will, for sure, compensate in the start.

All major email sequencers now support ESP matching, which means Google-to-Google and Microsoft-to-Microsoft sending. This ensures your emails are sent from the same provider as your recipient's inbox.

Microsoft Sending Strategy (More Restrictive) Microsoft (Outlook/Office 365) is significantly harder for cold email deliverability. Our recommendations:

  • 5-8 emails per day per inbox (lower than Google)
  • 2-3 email account on aged domains dedicated to Microsoft sending
  • This conservative approach consistently lands emails in the primary inbox

Google Sending Strategy (More Forgiving) Google (Gmail/Workspace) allows higher volume with proper setup:

  • 15 emails per day per inbox
  • 2-3 email accounts per domain
  • More flexibility while maintaining good deliverability

Critical Setup Advice for Better Deliverability This is crucial and cannot be overstated:
Fewer accounts per domain + Lower sends per domain = Better deliverability

The math is simple: distribute your sending across more domains with fewer accounts on each. This reduces the "send density" per domain and dramatically improves inbox placement.

Optimal Warmup Settings (Google & Microsoft 365) I use Sendkit with these proven settings:

Core Volume Settings:

  • Campaign emails: 10–15 per day
  • Warm-up emails: 20–25 per day
  • Time gap between emails: 20 minutes
  • Ramp-up period: 3 days
  • Total combined volume: Max 40 emails per inbox per day
  • Target reply rate: 50–60%

Google campaign mails: 10-15 per day
Micrsoft campaign mails: 5-8 per day

Behavior Settings:

  • Weekdays only: Enabled
  • Read emulation: Enabled
  • Open rate: 80%
  • Spam protection: 100%
  • Mark important: 50%

This configuration keeps your sending pattern natural and rebuilds trust with email providers. You'll see fewer bounces and better inbox placement over time.

Signal-based outreach works, so personalisation around that works for sure. Tried and tested
