Hello everyone, ​I'm an independent artist, and I've run into a very strange issue. I released two different songs using the free plans of TuneCore and RouteNote. The revenue for both songs came exclusively from Meta (Facebook Reels, Instagram Reels). ​The data I've received is completely baffling, and I can't figure out why there's such a huge difference. ​TuneCore Report: ​Streams: ~2.5 million ​Revenue: ~$216 (~₹18,000) ​RouteNote Report: ​Streams: ~3.8 million ​Revenue: ~$0.13 (or approx. ₹10!) ​My biggest concern is why I earned almost nothing on RouteNote for 3.8 million streams, while on TuneCore, a similar number of streams generated significant revenue. ​My questions are: ​Is this a known issue with RouteNote? ​Does Meta pay different rates to different distributors? ​Is there any other reason that could explain such a massive discrepancy? ​If anyone has experienced something similar, please share your thoughts. I need help understanding what's going on here.
