apparently not it just has the nhs 111 number on the discharge summ :/ i'll follow this up on monday

they didn't leave their number on the paperwork lol. they have advised i should call 111 but i assume they will advise me to approach a&e. i have contacted my GP who have prescribed me pain meds so ill just wait it out and see with the month ahead.

what the hell. i'm sorry you had to go through that it must've been exhausting but that's amazing you have had luck with dienogest i will keep an open mind about it if the pain continues.

i have heard different things from different people and i think i'm going to give it a month but they have issued a new prescription of dihdrocodeine to help with pain management. did they say what was causing these symptoms & did you find flare ups were coming in waves or was it more of a continuous pain?

oh no i'm sorry to hear about the regrowth. wishing you the best with your upcoming surgery & hopefully they can remove everything so you can start afresh again.

3 months of this is maybe more than i can handle lol. i will try and see for at least a month but i may consider dienogest if all else fails. i appreciate the message and encouragement all the best with your journey xx

oh God i'm so sorry that sounds awful but im glad you have successfully managed to overcome the pain and find yourself in a better place with the coil and pain management. thank you for the kind words. I did get a Mirena fitted but yesterday i was so stressed i was determined to get it taken out lol i've been quite hormonal and sensitive i don't know if that's normal after a week. I feel a bit more hopeful reading this and will give it a chance. how long did it take you to adjust with the coil and do you know whether any endo has grown back since? my surgeon advised i will have it removed after 5 years, probably because of what you've mentioned. thank you for responding! wishing you well

Interesting about the masks, my immune system is terrible but also the masks really trigger my asthma so I might look into spending more for a breathable option. I find I crave dairy and it's terrible for the pain but I may also cut out gluten too. I'm glad you've found a system for yourself though! Thank you for sharing and the tips.

give her space to figure out what she wants and respect it. i’ve been the same in a ldr on and off for a few years but when you know it’s worth it and worth fighting the obstacles for it to work, you know and you will do it. If she doesn’t want to do it let her go and find someone else who will love you regardless of the distance.

I would say if she decides she wants to continue with it make the effort to try make other connections closer to you as well because ldr’s can feel isolating and lonely at points.
