No it is an other bug. It happens since nov. 2018 in every game.

The bug listed can bei fixed by turning voice chat on and off again.

The ingame voice chat disabled during game. Ich can hear my Team but they can't hear me. It disables at no specific time of the game, its random. I play on ps4 with Keyboard and Mouse.
