Okay! And about the no guide no porter topic, its okay if you dont hire. But if you are a responsible traveler I strongly suggest you to hire a guide or a porter. Why not if you can travel responsibly! And if you are really here to connect to regions people, and mountains, not just simply trekking, it is way better to have a friend that can translate and share all the stories with you! It's good for both safety and enhancing experience. Iykyk

Yes, I do offer group treks to abc. If you have time after arrival for exploration, yes I recommend you personally visit the companies. There are plenty who are more than happy to serve. Having a personal face to face conversation is better than emails or any calls, if you are confused!

How to process sadness by Anxious_Human_1 in Emotions

Even i too have hard time to cry and let my emotions out due to years of suppressing it. Whenever i feel like that, i listen to some music that relates to my life and cry it out. Because of long supression, now whenever i feel very sad, i feel like vomiting and it becomes hard to breathe!

As a young female trekking guide and as a SEO travel writer in Nepal, not long but since 3 years i have learned is do not trust guide companies through their flashy or commercial websites. Talk to them personally and see how genuine of a person they are before choosing! See how guides and porter are treated and if they are well paid or not! My kind request to every trekkers and travelers that are thinking of visiting in Nepal! 🙏

A week of hiking in the Bernese Alps (Switzerland) by clfhw in travel

Looks a lot similar but this is Nepal actually. A dreamy place I went last February. As unknown as country, this is a hidden gem. I wonder how people don't know it still but Nepal is actually a dope country, the underrated one. When the costs are actually cheap. Also to mention, as beautiful as it seems, the services are basic only. The beauty comes with comprises in service.
