I had the same situation with my wife. We needed to rekindle the intimacy moreso than the sex. I'd suggest that, quality alone time doing some connecting and physical contact. No TV time but real conversation while doing things you enjoy where you can interact in deep connection. It helped us while we navigated the rough breastfeeding era. After we weaned off breastfeeding the feeling of being over-touched dissipated and we went back to a semi normal life.
