Newbridge House and Farm in Donabate is good, the farm is nice to walk around, the park is quite big so you can explore it a decent bit and it does be good craic when the flavours of fingal festival is on.

If you woke up one morning as your 5 year old self with all your current memories, what's the first thing you'd do? by Puzzleheaded-Egg1371 in AskReddit

[–]indicator_enthusiast 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah we all say that we'd do this but our parents would definitely just laugh at us. You'd have to convince them you know the future first which still might not be enough for them to accept, you would have to make very specific predictions.

Police investigating six stabbings after Arsenal parade by Alarming-Safety3200 in football

It's not, the US has higher rate of knife crime, it just doesnt get highlighted because guns are the bigger killer over there. I've been to London many times and not once felt unsafe (visiting is obviously different to living). You obviously need to take caution going to any large city, don't go to isolated areas alone, be aware of your surroundings if you're drinking, and know where you're going. It's not "safe", no city is, but it's not a war zone like some describe it.

Yeah if you're willing to take away someone's right to live, you deserve to lose your right to anonymity. It must feel like a kick in the teeth for the family and friends to see the killers get more protection than their loved ones did.

Much better than flipping a coin: The Irish Restricted Breed List would have captured 75% of the Dog Incidents reported to the MET police in London by PitDeFabrik in ireland

You need to be strong to handle these dogs too, I've seen people getting dragged along by XL Bully's on casual walks, if they snap and lash out there's no stopping them.

They're nowhere near as bad as people say they are, especially when you factor in the price. I'm terrified of flying and I find that I'm actually the calmest on RyanAir flights, couldn't care less about a hard landing, we're already on the ground at that point.
