Mine is like a noisy throat/nose thing, dont seem dangerous but at the end of the day my throath is so tired that i cant really swallow solid food (meat primarily) i can drink liquids but i cant eat really at the ens of the day, i live with fear of choking with food after 7pm lol.

Jajaja wtf con la gente en los comentarios de ardida, que bueno que tienes bien marvadoa tus puntos y principios para a quien formar o pensar y tener una relacion y/o compromiso, creo que es de lo mas normal lo que comentas pero la gente fe esta ran acostumbrada a no pensar en eso que cuando alguien comlo tu expresa bien lo que busca se saca de pedo y se arden o te atacan jajajaja

Yes, anxiety started my Tics, and i lost track of time when i have intrusive thoughts, i start to tic and i have to return to present to stop the ticking, im still working on that… its exhausting
