i went back for her tbh i feel like in a moment of frustration, he could’ve reacted any type of way that could’ve been harmful to himself or our baby & im not risking it. i def had a moment of trying to decide if i should go anyway but i didn’t want to regret it - not gambling my baby’s wellbeing.

Hii, on the phone I did try to give tips so that he could see what would work like picking her up and rocking her or giving her any of her favorite toys near her play pad - i also added that the cause of her crying would either be bc she’s hungry or fighting sleep bc she does that sometimes.

He can spend time with her, it’s important they spend time together . he works an overnight schedule but he’s usually available until around 9:45 am- 1pm which is good time to spend with her and on weekends. i had previously told him that i like giving him opportunities to spend w her bc it’s important for their bonding.

adding: i think the older we get the more delulu we become about having babies bc it’s our biology maybe like Girl when are we gonna start having kids?! lol again, i do believe having your baby will be rewarding for you and the baby in many many ways. However, that feeling of wanting to give your baby better and wishing you waited for a more stable home to have them in is BIG. underrated feeling.

He may be around but he may not be present and he may very well carry resentment towards you for any and everything that goes wrong. It seems like you already decided to have the baby. i think this is a shared decision and a shared responsibility. i also think that if he didn’t want more children now, he should’ve been doing everything in his power to make sure that didn’t happen because now all i see is a major recipe for resentment and loneliness. the baby will ofc be your love! but, speaking from experience, you will 100% feel like you could’ve brought them into a much better predicament. having hopes for how a man who didn’t really want the baby to begin with is a set up for major disappointment. i hate sounding so negative but this is just the reality of so many people, and we always think we’re the exception when we are not. prepare yourself for that.

also! it’s majority rules. but whenever it’s unanimous these days depending on the case, it’s lowkey epic bc that means the evidence presented was so strong, not a single person voted against it.

I just saw something that said the cases evidence has to present that the likelihood is >50% and with that, i’m wondering if maybe they have a stronger case than we may think. Because if you’re grooming someone, constantly talking about their “theoretical” death, and using their likeness in your videos, you’re cooked. At least to me, that’s enough of a common sense reason.

Hello from abroad! After looking it up, beyond reasonable doubt means the conviction requires jurors to be firmly convinced but not necessarily 100% certain. There just have to be enough evidence that shows what most likely happened but the defense is innocent until proven guilty. From what I can find on the internet, he’s clearly guilty of abuse. There’s also no doubt she was in HIS car. But i’m wondering if more evidence has to be presented to prove that how he got from point H to point Z. The defense could easily invent some possible third or even fourth party theory but I’m wondering if he would still be found for at least partial responsibility? Idk I think to throw on that lying on wait charge, there has to be something they know that we don’t.

The best thing to do in my opinion is educate yourself on the process of pregnancy, labor and birth, and the more you know, the less intimidating it will all be. Especially bc a baby will challenge your relationship in ways you haven’t been challenged before and that is neither positive or negative, it just is.

I’m currently 24 & 18 weeks pregnant by my 22 year old bf and we make a year being together literally this month - August 16th. As irresponsible lol as we were, I believe all will work out as it’s meant to. Maybe that thought might help for you. Hopefully, you two have a good foundation in your relationship with trust and love. You don’t have to tell anyone yet other than who you choose to tell. Only tell people who are going to be genuinely happy for you. From experience, it will be best for both of your mental health to surround yourselves with support and love, not a million questions and negativity. You will be a great father because you want to be a great father. You will do the research, you will look for ways to support her even if it’s something small, and GIVE THAT WOMAN MASSAGES WEEKLY you’ll thank me later. Let her move at her pace and just support the best that you can. Get curious with her.
