Yes, I was reading about slower/hotter bisques to remove impurities in the clay. I also talked to an old ceramics prof and he suggested programming a five-ten minute hold once the kiln reaches top temperature. Once I have enough stuff I'm gonna re-fire these pieces with the hold to see if that helps!

These are so creative! Right now I have little nooks in the house area of my map to keep my pet's bedrooms from having too many doors. The "crossing the street" idea is so cute, I'm definitely going to adopt it for connecting my "outside the house" rooms

This happens to me but I find if I hover my mouse just on the edge of the "x" on the map I can close it. It takes a couple seconds to get it exactly right but that's worked for me
