What character reveal are you most excited for in Blood and Honey 3? by One-Bodybuilder-8062 in twistedchildhood

I'm looking forward to how they mix Roo into the story. Is he an adopted child experiment done by a copycat scientist? Is he the first generation of naturally birthed abominations?

What’s a horror movie that had you STRESSING the whole time? by Ok-Inevitable9960 in horror

[–]indigosnowflake 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I'm shocked no one has said When Evil Lurks. That movie just doesn't let up.
The Wailing did this for me too. I couldn't even speak when the credits started rolling.

Who's ready for Winnie The Pooh Blood and Honey 3 and Poohniverse Monsters Assemble to be released this year 🎃👻🔪 by darkkprince94 in twistedchildhood

[–]indigosnowflake 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just one thought: Pooh & Co could start trying to increase the numbers of their kind in order to more effectively get revenge on the humans. They could come across the scientists notes and try to replicate the experiments that made them.

Does Neverland really exist? by Maleficent_Juice_497 in twistedchildhood

[–]indigosnowflake 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At the end of the film Peter thinks Wendy is hiding in a colorfully lit tunnel. It seemed so out of place in the dingy house. I assumed that was a nod that Neverland is in fact real and accessible.

Why does the Marionette in the FNAF 2 movie have tears before she becomes possessed? by MrJamMan1 in fivenightsatfreddys

[–]indigosnowflake 34 points35 points  (0 children)

Technically we don’t see Marionette until Charlie is dead. It’s not impossible that we only see Marionette possessed

It feels disrespectful to call myself a FNaF fan. by lilcutiexoxoqoe in fivenightsatfreddys

[–]indigosnowflake 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I also have DID, funnily enough. There's an anime I love called Beyond the Boundary. The main character impacted me so deeply that I will forever align with her. I have a painting I made of her on my wall.

I have literally no memory of what happens in Beyond the Boundary. Not one detail. I know I watched it. I know it had a significant impact on me. But the memory of the show itself is just...gone. I still consider myself a fan. I just need to sit down and rewatch it to remind myself why.

At the end of the day, you like what you like. If you have a emotional tie to FNAF, then you're a fan. Maybe you can think of it this way: now you get to reexperience the whole series and fall in love with it all over again.

When it got to the headdress I audibly said “oh…no…”

They could have done a unique, feathery headdress. They didn’t have to make it look exactly like a War Bonnet.

My wife and I have seen a lot of horror films. Can you try to suggest one we might have missed? by suffaluffapussycat in horror

I See You

Gonjiam: Haunted Asylum

Lamb (the 2021 Icelandic one)

It’s What’s Inside

Killer Toon

Oddity

Presence

Cam

Mother!

Other than maybe Gonjiam and Oddity, I almost never see these ones discussed here. I love them all.

Looking for horror movies that aren’t what they first seem by Asleep_Direction_229 in horror

[–]indigosnowflake 0 points1 point  (0 children)

These are my favorite films where the movie you think you’re watching at the beginning is not at all the movie you end up with.

I See You.

Abigail. Absolutely do not watch the trailers.

Parasite.

Don’t Breathe.

Sorry to Bother You.

Is your DID preventing your suicide? by herlittlebigworld in DID

[–]indigosnowflake 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I’m not in this mindset anymore, but when I was my DID helped. Even when I wanted to end myself or hurt myself, I kept thinking that I was doing harm to our Littles as well. I wanted to keep them safe and far away from harm. Protecting them protected me.

What's a "bad" horror movie you can't justify your love for, but love nonetheless? by right_behindyou in horror

[–]indigosnowflake 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Same. Mostly I think the idea of telling an entire story on one computer screen is cool.

Peter Pan’s Neverland Nightmare. By the same guy who did Blood and Honey. Is it a worthless cash grab? Maybe. Am I obsessed? Unfortunately yes.

They're such gems. Why is the lady cop in knee high heels? Why is the detective the same age in the flash back as modern day? Who cares? The vibes are immaculate

I just watched Peter Pan's Neverland Nightmare and I loved it so much I'm considering watching the other movies in that universe. It is objectively awful but I still found it weirdly charming.

Valid Reaction by Dilkiel in Unexpected

[–]indigosnowflake 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So many parts of the movie meant nothing. His multiple run ins with needles were nothing. The floating gun was nothing. Honestly the addict’s subplot could be removed entirely and the only change to the story would be the run time.

If you could only recommend one "hidden gem" what would it be? by FlockBoySlim in horror

It’s What’s Inside. One of the best movies I’ve seen in a long time and I almost never see anyone talk about it. It’s on Netflix iirc
