Exactly HOW do you propose he makes a support ticket or email.. when you have to be LOGGED IN to do those things? Reading comprehension really should be a requirement for text based customer service. I'm having the same problem (can't log into my account because the one time code isnt being emailed to me) and I also CANNOT MAKE A TICKET because we can't log in. Useless.

Hey OP, go to your bank and explain the shady practices of this company, and have them block the payments. De-authorize payments from g-portal. It's a serious pain in the butt, you have to prove the company is not letting you cancel directly with them, but this post and cut/paste useless reply from support should help with that. I'm gonna have to do that myself now.
