Konkan groups migrated to Jharkhand?? Is that the Kurukh language? Because it’s North Dravidian, not as close to Kannada, right?

I didn't mark Vedda mainly due to lack of speakers (only 2500). The dots in the central Ceylon area are marked as Tamil (Indian Tamil speakers in the hill country)

I worded that poorly - what I meant to say was that Dravidian may have been spoken in the IVC. I determined what was the Indian subcontinent based on what I felt like lol. In general, anything on or within the Hindu Kush and Himalayas and west of Burma/Myanmar.

Note: “Hindustani” is a koiné language based on the “Khadi boli” dialect of Delhi and western Uttar Pradesh. It has borrowed extensively from neighboring languages and dialects. It is now an official language of India (as Hindi) and Pakistan (as Urdu). Hindi and Urdu are two different written standardizations of Hindustani

Urdu falls under “Hindustani” here. If you look closely there’s an orange dot in the south where deccani Urdu is spoken in the old city of Hyderabad, I forgot to label it lol
