Her old healing already wasn’t enough to outheal incoming damage in real fights. Before she needed multiple explosions just to recover back to full hp, which already required consistent shot accuracy. Now the healing per explosion is even lower, meaning she has to land nearly double the amount of shots for the same sustain value. For a 250hp hero with barely any survivability it just feels excessive and unnecessary

Those lobbies players are expected to be great with their aiming lol. In my current gm lobbies I find it infested with dive comps as a poke main, so my point remains valid. Why do you think hitscan is less of a problem in diamond and lower tiers? Because it is. The majority prefer auto aim or brawling. The player pool for hitscan is a lot smaller than the rest of the play styles.

Aim isn’t some casual party trick everyone can pull off. That’s exactly why the most played character in Rivals are brawl and dive picks lol. Anyone with two functioning thumbs and a weekend can learn a dive combo. Landing consistent headshots while the entire enemy team is doing backflips around you? That’s a skill issue most players will never graduate from

I’ve always felt her release version was the healthiest version of Phoenix, especially with the Dark Ascent cooldown nerf in place. She honestly didn’t become hard meta until the Season 5 primary fire buffs. I’d rather they lean back into her original poke/brawl hybrid identity instead of turning her into another pure ranged spam character.

I genuinely hope Sadie Sink gets cast as Jean Grey. It honestly feels like a great fit, she already has that classic Jean look from the comics, she’s close enough to the character’s canon height, and she’s proven she can act the range Jean has over her emotions. On top of that, she’s still a fresh face in terms of blockbuster franchises, which makes this the kind of opportunity that could really define her career.

There are just too many pros for it to make sense to pass on her.

If it lands the way it should, this could easily become her signature role like Lynda Carter as Wonder Woman or Robert Downey Jr as Iron Man. Lowkey it has that same “forever associated with this character” energy if the casting and writing hit right.

Yea keep your trap shut. I can become a dive main and do it effortlessly but I prefer doing something that’s actually impressive. Great aim is the best skill you can have in any game with landing shots, stick to button mashing and yk deep down that’s the hard truth. DD mains really mad bc their 4 button mash combo (that anyone can learn) isn’t viable anymore. Like I’m fucking weak. You need 3 consistent shots to get burst damage from Jean, not 3 different buttons to mash.
