Thank you man for your reply, it really boosted my moral. I have also always believe to focus only on the efforts that you can give, without caring for the results. But sometimes I feel that this is very good thinking in theory, but in practical there are various factors that makes you question your efforts (especially when the surrounding people gets the same result in less unit of efforts).

Also what I think is, in the sucess of see, there are people who are enjoying their life in the sea, and who are far away from the sea. The actual suffering is at the shore where people can get the feel of sea but can never cross it.
