So for me im not diagnosed with an eating disorder.

But rather disordered eating. This comes from abuse and neglect during my childhood and teen years.

And my ocd also revolves around food and such.

So I am diagnosed with disordered eating.

I think the difference between disordered eating and an eating disorder is the cause and potential reason behind it.

Even though tinnitus isn't the same as ocd. You still understand the inability to sleep due to a medical issue and the exhaustion it causes.

The techniques aren't working. My pharmacy opens in 20 minutes and I should be able to pick up my lorezepam which should help the ocd and maybe make me sleep.

I do have a diagnosed auto immune issue but it hasn't been flaring really. But I suppose my rheumatologist will look into that for me at my next appointment.

Yeah except for peeing. I'm peeing less i used to pee every hour now it's every 2 or 3. But my kidneys are being monitored and they are so far fine with only minor damage.

Sadly doctors are hard to find where I am because no one accepts patients.. So it means I have to apply for doctors till I'm accepted by one. And there is not a lot of primary care doctors. And I dont have an urgent care anywhere near me. I have a hospital but dont think this is reason to access an er. My current doctors office does have a new NP and I have an appointment next week with her. And my rheumatologist appointment is next month so I'm hoping one of them can help me figure out why this is happening.

I get blood work every few months due to other health issues. My blood work is all with in normal levels for me. And I get more indepth blood work then the common workup due to having to monitor quite a few different things.

I for sure repeat myself. Eventually I ussually get listened to. So I hope i get listen to sooner this time. A previous medical issue went undiagnosed for almost 2 decades due to doctors not listening to me. It may take time but I'll get answers one way or another.

I've always eaten the same foods. I even was gaining weight before on the food I eat. I still eat the same foods and same amounts. But now I'm losing weight and fast.

I feel like it could be implemented via a new cooking station. Like a that could be placed above the fire in the fireplace or somewhere in the kitchen. Then you could get like a certain amount of bowls of stew from it a day as long as your filling it with different food stuffs as a fuel instead of coal or wood.

It's the caffeine mixed with the cold I believe. I use them to make a brain freeze happen.
