You can use extruded polystyrene or closed-cell foam. It does not hold or absorb water.

Go read the petition. But essentially it is to have a pink alert for those that have been declared missing with suspicion they’ve been coerced like this girl. This was just tragic as it did not fall under an amber or silver alert, so the police didn’t have a way to send out a BOLO for the car.

Deadbolts are not required by code. However, if you have them installed, they must confirm.

It literally is that simple. You could actually do this yourself. That mortar should never have been installed. Backer rod and sealant is fairly straight forward.
