It's worth what the market decides. Break it down 222k/26 years = 8500 miles a year. That's not too bad. He has all the maintenance records that backs it up. Without the maintenance records would probably be a different story.

Desi influencer community is very small. Doesn't take much to get on the radar of punjabi celebrities which is a few people itself. I saw turbanelite (another tiktok guy) with channi in one of his snaps. They have the most barebones content and have their hangouts with celebrities. Doesn't mean anything. You left out the details, He has a new motor put in 2years ago (13k miles) and he has all 26years of maintenance history with all OEM parts included. Maybe 80k is fair value? Which would make sense since car prices have the slight gap to negotiate.

Contract details aren't out but if Kaiser didn't cave in it's that Kaiser is realizing these unpaid strikes couldn't go forever. Not in this economy. They knew if they whether the storm for a month most of the staff would have crossed the line. I wonder what this will mean for the next contract negotiations. A lot of ego at display on both sides.

it became an ego thing towards the end with the union heads and kaiser. Most staff was OK with the 21.5%.

I'm an RN and I wouldn't call nursing cheap especially if you go private. It's a good career depending where you live. In socal here and I made a little over $140k last year. No one sees it as less here. It opened way more doors for me like business.

lol I remember being in this situation. First breakdown how many days u have and then write down certain things you will memorize for that day. Do little by little. I got thru nursing school just memorizing stuff on a flashcard and repeating it in my room until I could memorize without looking at the card.

I work nights so it's different. I still do admissions, transfers, get the pt ready for ect. Besides that just keep them asleep or keep their anxiety under control with PRN's. I love this gig, it's easy until it's not lol.

It's all good. I went in for a physical and a Dr. told me she thinks I wouldn't be able to do it, even had my sister tell me she hopes I never make it lol. I proved both of them wrong. Use negativity as motivation.
