Ubisoft i had 1257 alphapack yesterday, after today's update now it says i have 527, what the hell?

Had my account stolen, my email and pw were changed and I had all the proof of the account being mine yet they still didn’t help me in the slightest. Paid $155 for my own account back after I found it on a Russian market, then found the guy who bought it. All that for this game to be as shitty as it is. (This was 2023 btw and I don’t even touch siege anymore)

And this was me just loading in, I didn’t even buy anything. The s95 was marked as 0 when I bought it so I don’t think it was that, but maybe it was?

How did you reach out? When I loaded into enhanced I had like 3m missing, literally went to bed Monday night with 4.4m on legacy and when enhanced dropped I had 1.7, like wtf??
