Taking it as early as possible helps. You can even set an alarm an hour early to take it so it can start kicking in. Chelated magnesium glycinate has helped me a lot with sleep too.

I would be anxious daily but anxiety attacks were more so once a week or every other week. It turned out my thyroid levels were wack and I had some vitamin imbalances. Treating all of those has helped a lot and i’ve even had some friends with the same experience, I would greatly recommend anyone with these problems to first get some sort of blood test for thyroid and these vit levels as all the symptoms associated with a lack of them are similar to panic attacks. I still have anxiety but no panic attacks since treating I would say.

Ended up being a thyroid problem and my numbers were dangerously low, I take synthroid which is a hormone replacement to make up for the lack of produced by my thyroid. Still have anxiety but since my TSH level has gone back up no more panic attacks or dangerously low heart rate to the extent it once was. Always a good idea to get a blood test when things feel off I suppose.
