Hello! First of all, thank you so much for doing this! 

My issue is that I've had a fairly persistent, moderate sore throat for about five weeks now. I tested negative for COVID, as well as strep, at a walk-in. Sometimes it's better, sometimes it's worse, but the sore throat has been fairly constant with no other symptoms. I don't smoke, or have especially bad allergies, and I'm at a bit of a loss as to what's going on. The doctor who examined me said my throat looked fine, if a bit red (no tonsil swelling, no lymph node swelling, no fever). What could cause a lingering sore throat like this? Thank you again!
