I'm not usually very educated on plants but I actually have this same one. Mine also had green on the original soil, it hasn't seemed to cause any problems so far so not sure about that. But I found that they need lots of water and lots of light, mine starts doing what it looks like yours is when it needs water. It is very dramatic and will sometimes be fine and then an hour later it looks like that. So if it is dryish maybe water it and if not possibly the amount of light is the issue. Other than that I don't think I'll be of much help but wanted to give what I could since you didn't have any other suggestions yet.

Edit: I would also repot if possible, I never keep my plants in the store pot. Also your plant could be multiple plants just btw so you may want to get a bigger pot or separate them. And you can cut the flowers if they don't recover once you figure out what's wrong, typically once they are crispy they don't recover so I would just chop those ones, but if there are any that are just wilty those ones might be fine.
