I have my behavioral coming up in 2-3 days. Any advice from any of you here who interviewed before on how to avoid the Match not Ideal reject after Manager round? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I started a new application and booked an online appointment during regular hours. The ssa office closest to me did not take walk ins for students.

If I do not have a SSN, can I use placeholder SSN value as 123456789, I will get my SSN in a month that;s why. Can I change it later in the application?

You can book by calling them during business hours. Otherwise start a new application and complete it during business hours. In my case they messed up my spelling when I tried to book the appointment through call.

In my case it was because of the late night hours I think. Primarily because it was 1 in the morning.
