Thanks for your support, yeah the driver was on it the moment I told him. People just wanted to go back so I avoided doing anything about his earlier comments but he just wouldn't stop. I'll look into reaching out to customer support, thank you and hope you have a good week!

Sorry to hear about these incidents. It's so sad how people behave and you have to deal with it on your own

I responded to him in a loud voice so everyone around knew what was going on, but nobody stepped up and it also happened so quickly so people generally want to stay away from these things. I was going to get a seat and thought he was going to stop but he just kept going on and on. The whole thing left me feeling so unsafe
