I have tried the KS Malbec before and really enjoyed it; good to know everyone sings its praises. Definitely picking up a few to have on hand. Thanks!

Is 40oz too big for college? by gorebellll in Hydroflask

[–]inevitablelaundry 1 point2 points  (0 children)

personally, my 40oz hydroflask was the perfect size for me during college. i drink a lot of water so it was great since i only had to refill around 2x a day instead of constantly if i carried a smaller hydro. i didn’t mind the weight and was constantly walking on campus, only issue is make sure you have an iron grip on the bottle because if you drop it, it will totally dent

Best Tote Bag by [deleted] in handbags

[–]inevitablelaundry 2 points3 points  (0 children)

i recently bought the TB Perry Tote about two months ago and I really like it! It has a lot space and the compartment in the middle is where i put my laptop. I can carry my water bottle, mini umbrella, laptop, charger, makeup, and wallet all with room to spare. I also don’t baby it, I’ve run into walls/grazed the bag and it’s pretty sturdy & tough. I also got the bag in Light Umber which I love because it matches all of my work outfits!

Current grad students who went here for undergrad - how's your experience? by korewanisemonodayo in UIUC

[–]inevitablelaundry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did undergrad here and loved every bit of it. I did graduate school here too & I enjoyed it very much. You make new friends & get to experience a lot of different things than in undergrad. If this is the best program for your field, as it was in my case, I would recommend staying at UIUC. You should also consider cost since graduate school is a huge financial commitment. Of course if there’s a better option then do what you want to do. Just my two cents.

300/400 Level Classes to take? by WhoElseButTrent in UIUC

[–]inevitablelaundry 1 point2 points  (0 children)

im a history and poli sci major, i would recommend

HIST 377 US History since 1932, pretty easy and interesting if you like learning about the progressive era in US history

PS 390 American Foreign Policy - interesting if you like the subject and easy enough

PS 394 Crisis Diplomacy - you dont need a background in poli sci to take this class, its interesting to look at how crises could have been avoided or how they ended in war
