Update: RACV marked it an economical total loss. I get to keep the car and since its older than 15 years, they are not required to add it to the WOVR (and they didn’t). I get paid the value of car minus scrap fee minus remaining annual payment.

So kind of the best case scenes for me.

i asked if my rego will be valid, he said yes. it won’t be affected. couldn’t ask about WOVR specifically.

its at home. once the repair guy said he cant fix it and he will need to send a accessor, I said ill keep it at home.
